America Learns: Fellows

College Corps staff will create your America Learns Impact Suite and you then will receive an email in your SF State email for steps to create a password for you to access your account. This link provided to you expires in 24 hours! If you miss this window of time, please reach out to your assigned College Corps program coordinator (Elizabeth or Samantha). 

This email may go to your spam mail, so be on the lookout. It will come from America Learns <donotreply@americalearns.net>

You can only access your America Learns account with your SFSU email. 

Once you log in for the first time for your America Learns account, you will be directly taken to your Profile space. You can also view by selecting the tab on the bottom-left side of the screen and selecting View and Update My Profile.  

Please follow the prompt questions at the top of the page Quick Access: To Dos complete the highlighted items and set up your profile information. If you have any questions about setting up your account please contact the College Corps staff. 

The course contains quick, digestible content that will teach Fellows how to: 

• Complete and submit timesheets (using the web and mobile apps)
   
• Complete forms (such as pulse checks and reflection logs)

UPDATE: How to access this training

Here is how to access the Impact Suite Certification Course. Within 2-3 business days you will receive an email with the following information:  

1. Click this link: https://impact.getlearnworlds.com/ 

2. Click on the blue Sign In (Courses) button in the upper right corner  

3. Log in with these credentials: Username: Your email associated with your America Learns account (usually your school email) Password: Impact#1 

Please note that if you click on Impact Suite Log In, you will be redirected to our America Learns website. You will need to go back to https://impact.getlearnworlds.com/ and log in using the credentials above to access the course. Please get this done at your earliest convenience as this is part of your onboarding process. This certification will help you understand how to use America Learns, which you will have to use to track and load your hours.
