America Learns

College Corps staff will create your America Learns account using your SF State email address.

• You will receive an email from America Learns donotreply@americalearns.net with instructions to activate your account.
• Check both your SF State inbox and spam/junk folders for this email.
• The activation link will expire after 24 hours.
• If the link expires, contact your assigned College Corps Program Coordinator (Penelope and Ariana) for a new link.

📧 Important: You must use your SF State email address to access America Learns.

Once you log in to your America Learns account for the first time, you will be automatically directed to your Profile page.

• You can also access your profile anytime by clicking the tab on the bottom-left side of your screen and selecting “View and Update My Profile.”

What to Complete:

• Follow the prompt questions displayed at the top of your Profile page under Quick Access: To Dos.
• Complete all highlighted items to set up your profile.
• Make sure your information is accurate — this will be used for your time tracking and communications throughout the program.

As part of your onboarding, you are required to complete the Impact Suite Certification Course.
This short online training will walk you through how to:

• Complete and submit timesheets (using both the web and mobile apps)
• Complete forms (such as pulse checks and reflection logs)
• Understand how to track and report your service hours in America Learns

🔧 How to Access the Training

Within 2–3 business days of activating your America Learns account, you will receive an email with your login information for the Impact Suite Certification Course.

Follow these instructions carefully:

1️⃣ Go to: https://impact.getlearnworlds.com/
2️⃣ Click the blue “Sign In (Courses)” button in the upper right corner.
3️⃣ Log in using these credentials:

• Username: Your SF State email address (the same email used for your America Learns account)
• Password: Impact#1

⚠ Important Notes:

• If you accidentally click “Impact Suite Log In,” you will be redirected to the regular America Learns website. You must return to https://impact.getlearnworlds.com/ to access the course.
• Complete this training as soon as possible. Completion is required to continue onboarding and begin tracking your service hours.
