Civic & Community Engagement Support Grant
PURPOSE
The Community & Civic Engagement (CCE) Support Grant provides small-scale funding to strengthen civic and community engagement at SFSU. Grants support projects, on campus or in the community, that enhance student learning, civic participation, and collaboration aligned with the university’s commitment to meaningful engagement and the public good.
DESCRIPTION
The CCE Support Grant assists SFSU faculty, staff, and departments/programs in developing or implementing projects that foster civic learning, community connection, and public service. Projects may include on-campus initiatives, such as nonpartisan voter education or civic leadership events, as well as off-campus collaborations with community partners. Funds may be used to support activities such as student assistants, travel or conference participation, materials, and modest hospitality that advance civic or community engagement.
